Full payment for the duration of stay must be made at time of booking (including dog if applicable).
Before arrival we must receive a photograph of your passport or driving licence.
No refunds for cancellations made within 28 days of check in. Bookings are not transferable to different dates.
We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.
The accommodation should be left as you found it. Please put used towels in the bath. No need to strip the bed.
All damage must be paid for.
Strictly no more than 2 people to use the property throughout the duration of your stay
We are not responsible in the event of delays, inconveniences, malfunctions and/or interruptions of the service due to: – unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
We may email you from time to time but would never sell your data to any third party. Please unsubscribe from any emails if you do not wish to receive them.
