No smoking or vaping inside

Strictly only 2 people in property. (One infant allowed NB pre toddling only as glass table!)

No parties or events

Minimum age for check in is 21 

Quiet time between 11pm & 7am

If you arrive with any more than 2 people, you will be asked to leave and no refund given

Please leave the accommodation as you found it, any damage to be paid for

Please use the fan when cooking

No check-in after 10pm. Check-out 10am. Amendments to check-in times may be negotiated if possible.
